01Using SwayCam
SwayCam offers browser games controlled by the position of your eyes in a camera image. You are responsible for having permission to use the device and camera. No account, payment or subscription is required by this version. These draft terms describe the current service and do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
02A game, not medical care
Games and movement counts are for entertainment. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation, treatment or a validated fitness measurement. Use a comfortable range of movement and stop if you feel unwell. Do not rely on tracking to judge whether an exercise is safe or correctly performed.
03Recordings and respectful use
Only record people and spaces you have permission to record. You choose where downloaded clips go and whether to share them; sharing is outside this site. Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, attacks on infrastructure or attempts to access other people’s data. You retain rights you hold in your own camera footage; third-party assets retain their own licenses.
04Availability and changes
Camera accuracy and recording support depend on lighting, hardware and browser capabilities. Interruptions, lost local data or incomplete recordings can occur; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Service details may change, with material policy changes published here. Applicable law and dispute arrangements have not been specified while operator details are pending; your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
